break up trays!!

well im about to break up some bud and i just thought this would be a good idea for a thread just came to mind. i have a tray that i always use for breaking up bud. i am just wondering does anyone else have a dedicated tray or break up area for their pot. i thought this would be a cool thread as i havnt seen one like this around before

post your trays!!!! and/or busting areas.

Around here we use the current month's issue of High Times to break weed up.
I like yours though.. looks tribal

 

this tray is just what i use at my house which isnt that often. we usually use a book or a magizine at my friends houses. this tray actually came from my dad which he always took from his parents to break up weed on. when he found out that i smoked he gave it to me so i just keep it with the pouch of other weed relatied items. he once told me it was originaly ment for a relish tray or something.

 

I use jewel cases for CD's almost always. like Chuck Klosterman said, they were designed to be used as surfaces on which to break up weed, cut up lines, etc.

 

^^yea i have used them and they do work but i always find them two small and would rather use something bigger like a tray or a magizine.

zen.. jewel cases arent good for chopping powder up on. But they sure do make a great surface for breakin up ganj in a quick-fix

 

for chopping stuff up no, but if whatever you're blowing is already finely powdered than I've found jewel cases to be as good as anything.

 

yea the jewels case is usually the tray of choice while in a car driving around from my experience. in a car its either a jewels case or a booklet from the glovebox.

i plan to hang on to this tray forever its like a family heirloom of which i dont have many from that side of the family.

that would work well for coke or some other kind of crushed pill powder. i guess it would be cool to break some ganja up on there to but it might be kinda awkward.

 

man wut a great post, i defientyl know wut ur talking about. Last time i was at in and out burger, i noticed the red trays thay have there would be perfect for rolling things up, so i took about 5 of em them were clean and thats all ive used to roll J's in for years now. The tray is way kiefed out, and i gave the extra trays to all my buddys so pretty much everyone i blaze with has the same red tray. i can never figure out how to post pics on here so if u wana see one just type it on google.

 

^^ yea i know what ur talking about how did you get them out of the burger place?? that would be a good break up tray because then you can just put stems and shit way off on one corner so they arnt in the way. with something small like a cd case you dont really have room to keep all the unwanted crap out of what ur trying to roll unless you put it in an ashtray or something.

 

for sure. thatz pretty much exactly what i do too. so i was eating outside at the in and out so i just threw some trunk in my trunk on the way out, it wasnt skecthy at all.

 

hell yea ill have to get a few for my friends next summer when it warms up enough to sit outside burger places. it would be kinda tricky if you were eating inside. i would imagine they would ask if you just trying walking out the door with like 5 of them.

they would be perfect because they are so thin you could slide them under a couch or other furniture. and yet they have deep enough edges to hold everything on.

 

I use a circular piece of petrified wood that's buffed completely smooth. I bought it from some redneck flea market in Wisconsin for 7 dollars.

 

that would be an awesome break up tray. you can see the grain or the wood and shit i never thought about using something like that. this threads even better then i thought it was going to be.

 

ive been wanting to get one... sometimes if im in the car and whoever im with doesnt have anyhting i use me hand.. which is a pain in the ass. someitmes i just use clean paper plates.. my friend had a bowl it was liek the kind they mix hair dye in, very nifty. some of my other friends would use the glove compartment cover because it just popped right off... rofl.
