First thing you should do. Call your dealer and tell her to never call you again because you just ratted her out to the cops. Hopefully she'll not deal to people who rat her out. lol nice job on the interogation also by the way. O and smokindude, just because the cops didnt do anything to that other dealer dosent mean they wont to her. Even if they dont "arrest" her they will run check ups on her and keep her in the database. You would be surprised how much info they keep on people.

he wasn't going to arrest you for using the 5th amendment. he could have fined you for the scale or take it away, and for leaving your shit on someones property, if he was a jackass cop anyway. never admit to doing anything illegal man...common sense.

 

Never admit shit to the cops and shit will not happen to you..... your first mistake was admiting in any way shape or form to using the scale for marijuana... that gave him reason to pester you. Your biggest mistake was admiting that you were waiting for a dealer... are you retarded or something dude? (no offense) Personally if I was your dealer I'd whoop your butt for giving a name.... it's just basic stoner ettiquite to NEVER give names... I mean your the one that got busted so why should you drag anyone else down with you. I've spent time in jail because I had refused to supply the coppers with names before.... really they can' do much anything to you other than what they already had in store for you even if you don't blab..... Hopefully the chick whos name you blabbed doesn't get busted you rude turd....

Not to jump on the 'hating you band wagon', but what the fuck were you thinking? A cop cannot make you say anything. As for the scale it is a postal scale and they cannot call it parafanilia unless it has remains of cannabis on it or they found weed on you as well.

Also, you do not have to tell the cop anything. They yell and threaten to intimidate, but worst case scenario he'd have put you in his car and drove you home. Nothing else he can do unless you admit to doing something illeagal.

You just like many other people are so stupid when it comes to cops. They are the judg, jury, and executioner in one, there is a process even they must follow. Please, for the love of pete people, use your common sense cops are not all powerful.

 

I have made a mistake similar but not exactly alike.

I know where I made my mistake. I told a cop I had pot on me after he stopped me.

I was stoned out of my mind and I wasnt thinking when I answered his statement.

I said yes then thought for a second and was like...shit.

But you never give out names. doesnt matter how pressured or stoned you may be.

 

not snitching is the most important rule of the entire drug business, if you didnt know this you should have never bought drugs in the first place.

yea but that ones time is all that matters if she does get busted your name will be in the police report as the one that said she deals. i really hope nothing happens to her or you but if it does that one mistake could haunt you for a long time. if it gets out to your local public you would be quite screwed for getting pot anytime soon from anyone.
