First off, I'd like to say that I'm a new member to this site but I'm pretty familiar with everything in it. I also visit Erowid alot. I spend a lot of time researching and I would have to say that I know a lot about drugs. Probably more than most everyone i know. About a week ago i obtained a pound of syrian rue for use with my own experiments with San Pedro. I know that when all my san pedro is gone, I will still have a lot of Rue. I've decided that I would gather some ingredients for some ayahuasca that I would make once spring starts to roll around(I'm in no hurry)
I know which plants contain DMT and I know how to get them. What I wanted to know was if anyone had experience with more than one of these plants and could recomend one of them to me over the others( based off of personal experience) I'd also like to know if any of you have your own personal variations to the ayahuasca brew that you'd like to share.

I tried Yopo-semen wich contains DMT. It was a nice and strong intense trip. But I had some side effects of it. I can recommend it, it was very nice. It's very different to mushrooms or acid, it's going more the way to mescaline (in my oppinion). But it's still different.

If you want to know more, let me know.

    Cheers

I was wondering if any of the dmt plants were better than the others, if anyone has experience with more than one of them, id like to hear their preference.

Yes... hmm, there are quite a few differences. If you cook the normal ayahuasca you'll get n,n-dmt. In Yopo you have the natural source for 5-MEO-DMT (bufotenin).

Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark is easy to find, relatively cheap, and has a relatively high amount of DMT in it. I have used that in combination with Rue, and it is good.

I really like to use the mimosa bark myself. I like to use the rue 3g coffee grinded in a pre boiled potion solution of 1/3 lemon juice 2/3 distilled water boiled 3x 30 min prior to an ayahuasca potion. 40g b.caapi any color. 40g m. hostillis high quality inner root bark and 14g of Diplopterys cabrerana. All plant matter broken up and coffee grinded into powder. boiled in 1/3 lemon juice, 2/3 distilled water, 3x. bring boils to a hard rapid boil then strain in baking strainer. do not let it boil to long at anytime, but do not under boil. bring it to a rapid hard boil while stirring then strain immediately.
Gather all boils and store in a jar. this makes 3 doses. I recommend taking all 3 doses over a 3 hr period. drink 1/3 at a time. use the first purge to purge the body to clear the stomach of solid matter that would absorb the ayahuasca. after the first purge partake for the soul which the dmt will absorb quicker and more of it through the stomach bringing the potion to purge the intestines and purge the soul after the effects overcome thee. take the third potion after the second purge to purge the spirit of the ego. After the 3rd purge the spirit will lose the ego and you will experience ego death.
