Well counseling for thought process errors. it takes a lot of practice and getting clear about sequential thought errors you've come to rely on. what makes you react and why you react that way, also what you eat, what stimulant you use (coffee, nicotine) and implementing a daily ritual of meditation to reduce stress.

Maybe you are a sensitive person and you don't know it, perhaps over-stimulation causes you to short circuit and you need a more nurturing environment.

It's good that you've gotten real and aren't being egotistical about your shortcomings, but remember you aren't alone, we all have short comings.

You and I have the same problem. For this, i suggest going to a therapist. They can help you look at your problems and help you find away of managing them more affectively and appropriately.

in the UK we have the cursed NHS. But within the cursedness of the degrading service, there are good mental health services. The nhs is good in places, brilliant in the other, and bad in the next department. Near me I have Maudsley. They are open 24 hours a day and have an emergency call number. In Australia, they might have something similar.

As both our Countries have the same Head of state, Her majesty Queen Elizabeth II. (since 1952) We must have very similar services.
