meat is delicious.. if you're really worried and don't wanna have to eat vegetables i guess just take vitamins. or try to find meals that taste good and have good vegetables in them.. and if you don't drink water but want something healthier and still tasty i'd say juice is the best bet.. oh well, at least you're good lookin

Anywho to the OP: Eating only protein (meat) is awful on your liver, kidneys, bladder, intestines, blood sugar levels and hormones. I am with you on the tap water issue-I don't drink it. Can you ask your dad to get you a brita filter? If you don't like veggies how about fruit? I do not like to eat a lot of veggies because they upset my tummy so I eat a lot of fruit and fruit juice. I also eat a lot of high fiber carbs to replace the fiber in veggies. Maybe just making small changes will help? Like marinara (tomato) sauce on your meat?
either way, it doesn't matter. these forums are for DISCUSSING things and thats what we do. if you have nothing to add but pointless negativity, then dont read the posts you dont like. no one has a gun to your head forcing you to.
I just asked my dad to buy fruit and vegetables and he did yesterday, because I became worried after I read these posts... FIX'D.

You're totally sexy but I can't imagine your breath smells that good eating nothing but meat. And your urine must smell pretty bad, too. Nothing worse than brushing your teeth while the Ms. stinks up the bathroom.
I used to eat a lot of meat, but not only meat. And, thanks god I don't drink soda, although I drink a lot of tea and cofee. About a year ago I started to add more fruits and vegis to my meals, step by step - I started to cook and I love it now, and I usually eat a large plate of green salad a day and several other vegi dishes. I still do eat meat and I still love it. But I began craving for vegitables. I've got different energy, of much higher quality. A month ago I started to lower a little my sugar intake, also I started to drink more water. And now I am kind of fasting for 2 weeks (not total fasting, but not eating any animal products for 2 weeks). If anyone would tell me before that I would not eat meat with every meal sometime, I won't believe them.
