Has anyone ever heard of the band Galaxie 500? They only put out 3 albums and broke up in 1991, but I must say they are my favorite rock band. Ever since I got into them no one I've met has heard of them, which is a shame. I can only get into 'This Is Our Music', the other albums not so much, and believe me I've tried. I know 'On Fire' is supposed to be this great masterpiece but it sounds to me like the same vocalizations, guitars and song structure over and over... but I like the George Harrison cover. On the whole, Luna was a much better band-- both 'Penthouse' and 'Romantica' are amazing... still dreamy but not so noisy and more polished than Galaxie 500.
