some people find it gross, but i crack all the joints in my fingers (the middle joints 2 ways), my thumbs, my elbows, my shoulders, my neck 2 ways, my toes and my knees. but i've never been able to crack my back. does anyone else crack their joints? if you don't, do you find it gross? honestly, i really can't help it. i just dont real right unless i do.
don't you just love the crunching sound when you crack your knees? or do yours actually pop? when i crack my knees and elbows it makes a crunching sound, like crumpling newspaper.
Thumbs, both joints in all fingers, elbow, neck, back. Used to do my toes but ever since an injury that occurred last year it hurts much too much.
I can only do my knees occasionally, i have to have my foot flat and i move my knee inwards while kepeing the foot on the ground and it makes a really loud cracking sound I first did it during PE when I was young, and I was pretty concerned because it was so loud
Back, fingers, neck. Nothing else pops or I would. I've had knees and elbows pop. But it was proceeded by weeks of pain.
toes, all the time..but mainly they crack without me having any control over it my hips crack sometimes too, it's a freaky loud crack and i go to the chiropractor and he cracks my back i love that it feels awesome
im the same exact way.. Lol. i crack my fingers knuckles wrists back elbows knees toes yeah.. its kind of weird though if you think about it. essentially you're cracking your skeleton around... Rofl. i never thought of it like that before... but like when ur walkin ur walkin your skeleton around. its like a nother dimension of your soul, because its there even after you die. not for ever though i guess? idk. but yeahhh knuckle cracking, definately a must in my day to day activities.
x2 I crack joints after smoking most of them, so i can roll the now resin infused herbals (i mean tobacco) into the next joint. I used to crack my joints, then I saw arthritis first hand, no more... actually the "loose" feeling to me doesn't feel right at all.
all of them? neck, upper back, lower back, elbows, knees, ankles, wrists, fingers, toes, the part where my leg connects to my hips...
