Not a fact, but on Sunday I took a very long toke just to get going and then jumped around a bit, ran around, and that was as if I had given it at least 4-5 tokes. Did the same last Saturday, but with about 10-20 tokes on my system. Man, was I TRIPPIN' :jester:
i went to athlete training after a couple bowls once in awhile all i remember is doing push ups completely baked once and most likely just fooling around
Exersizing gives you a natural high. It releases endorphins in your brain. I would not exersize high thou- too much stress on the heart, also pot makes me tired.
I find quite the opposite, being forced to concentrate on anything more than nothing tends to bring me down. A bit of bud, a bit of meditation is all I need... but to have the same "effect" on the go, I need to smoke much more.
o definatly. i've smoked a joint while jogging, and i feel great, not super stoned or trippin ballz^, but just really good. i usually only jog when i'm stoned though, while i'm listening to music or w.e.
in health we learned that when you exercise and have weed stored in your system, it makes you somewhat high, because when you exercise and burn fat cells, and thats what thc is stored in your body.
i find it where after you work out and toke, you get higher maby becuz your body is tired and wore out and its trying to feed your muscles so what ever you intake your body is ugnna try to pull from that as much as possible
I can't even try to exercise after smoking most of the time. I would start to run and it is like, "why would I be running when I could be sitting down with a nice diet coke and actually enjoy my day."
going for a run can be enjoyable , and is a lot healthier than drinking a diet coke. diet soda is still not good for you.
I know that aspartame is bad, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't drink it. I like the taste better because regular soda has too much sugar in my opinion. I'm not one of those people that drink diet soda because I think it will keep me healthy, I just appreciate its flavor and refreshing feeling. I can understand though how my statement led you to think that I drink diet coke to stay healthy.
I always thought aspartame was way sweeter. I don't like the way diet drinks taste. It gives you brain damage.
Actually THC metabolites are stored in fat cells, not the THC itself. It would be awesome if it was THC though; we could go off one session for like a week by exercising!
