I have always heard people say that they have actually hallucinated off of weed. Is it actually possible to hallucinate from weed? Does anyone have any experiences?
I don't know about hallucinating, but I surely get flashbacks from pot. For no reason I'll crave Doritos and Ice Cream. Or I forget the most inane things, like the name of that thing I clean clothes with or that person I work for! CF
i've only hallucinated once, and i don't even know if it was a hallucination, i just saw an old man floating, must have been a ghost haha.

Kind of, when I closed my eyes, but it wasn't that weird. I did keep hearing the phone ring, though, and the phone wasn't ringing. My friend says when he watches people walking while high they look like they're walking kind of weird, but then again this was some top-quality stuff.
I think pretty much anything is possibly but its Highly UNLIKELY that you get full blown Hallucinations from Cannibis. Closed eyed visuals and mixed perception is common, however. I have stories in a thread exactly the same of this one that was posted just a couple of days ago...
yea its possible i raley do tho unless im supper baked lol i remember 1 time i was fried and i closed my eyes and started seein crazy cartoons it was awesome and funny as shit ery body was laughin at me haha it was fun
Not too much like a hallucination, but a couple of times... once I was driving next to this school, and I saw someone walking on the sidewalk next to it, a shadow, and suddenly it just dove into the gates of the school and disappeared and I was like WTF and my buddy recommended that I shouldn't drive high. But I'm good when I drive. This other time I was going home and on a curve, I saw some sneakers running across the road and I thought I was gonna run over someone. It was just the light. My friend also saw someone.. he was like 'Hey stash the pipe, there's someone there' .I looked but there was nobody there. He says he saw a shadow right next to the door, standing there. Also, this same friend and I had the same hallucination at night. I woke up and saw him standing in front of my bed holding a water bottle, just standing there, his shadow. he never left his bed at night. His similar experience was that he saw a Nazgul in front of his bed (the ones from Lord of the Rings) and he couldn't move his legs. A nazgul just pacing to and fro.

Sure it's possible. I "hallucinate" almost every time I smoke weed, at least to some extent. My vision is always affected pretty strongly by weed. At high doses, I have experienced visuals very much like those of LSD, but without any of the details (ie, crazy distortions of space, depth, and size, but none of the synchronized dancing of facial hair and wood grain like you get on L).
Ah this makes me miss the really good stuff that used to be around here. Now it's pretty sad. The stuff still gets me high though. I enjoy the psychedelia of weed. It's hard to explain but it's very unique. It plays with lighting and thought patterns and time perception. Everything is so shiny and new when I'm high, like I'm young again =P A while back, there used to be always be dank running around town and that stuff would ring in my ears and give me patterned hallucinations across my field of vision, all rainbowy and stuff. It would just be amazing to lay in my dark, quiet basement and hear all the noises of the fish tank and other things flange over and over.
