    Cry away the laughing day,
    And smile at your sorrow.
    Plunge your tears into my heart,
    And flee until tomorrow

    Have me sit in agony,
    Analyzing storms,
    Bring me back a bright bouquet;
    Watch it rot;
    Lose its form.

    We'll soar upon that floating sheet,
    Tucked tightly to my bed,
    I'll drink the essence with a straw,
    That's flowing from your head.

    Laughter echoes through the halls,
    From popcorn-headed men.
    Lend me your ear,
    So to raise you up,
    So to knock you down,
    So to bring you back again.

    Great. I loved the last two stanzas. I didn't really like the first stanza, mainly because it isn't very original so didn't conquer up any images in my head. The ending is very powerful though, well done.
