    Dream (12/09/07) ---

Sitting in public place (perhaps conference). Father was sitting behind me...perhaps on a bleacher seat slightly higher than my seat (a hotel/conference room chair). Others are at mid-distance...indistinguishable. I felt self-conscious and stiff.

My father tickles me about the waist. He's got a sarcastic smile. I raise out of my chair and admonish my father pointing my indicator up to his face. I tell him "you cannot do that" and sit again, acting very serious and half-expecting to be tickled again.

Father tickles me as before. I bite his arm with some power. I leave tooth-prints on his arm and feel guilty. I was scared of his reaction. He continues ironic smile. Finis.

Context: I grew up with a single mother. Avoided a closer relationship with my father since childhood, but also feel resentful of him for not being there for me. Father represents a pathetic figure --- failure. And intrusiveness: he's always demanded more attention from me than I was willing to give.

    Thanks.

    Hmm, i'll try.
I've noticed in dreams, if you fear something to occur, it does.

Perhaps I didn't use the correct terminology, I edited it down to what I know; perhaps the dream means something else, I'm not so sure now. So we should simply put it aside with the keyboard, at least for now. :S
