Worried about the ounce I got (pics)

So I bought this from my friend's uncle last Friday, the first time I've ever dealt with him. I paid $100 for an ounce; smokes really good except that I'm a little worried about its smell and appearance. It has a damp, mildly sweet lavender-ish scent (sorta like the smell of a potato cavern, only weedier) and looks rather dark compared to everything else I've been smoking lately. The only real reason why I'm concerned is because we found two buds that seemed "decomposed" (not really moldy, more like it had turned a dark purple/blue and was rather dry) and would just rather be safe than sorry. There were at least three different kinds of bud in the bag when he gave it to me (some look really good despite the odd scent it seems to have leeched from the others). Anyways, there's about 10 grams left (smoked quite a bit and traded 3.5g for a nice scale). The pic below actually makes it out to look quite a lot better than it probably is, maybe it's just me being paranoid for some reason.

 

Looks like regular 100$ an oz weed to me...if it gets the job done and there's no visible mold I'd say you're fine

It is, I well knew what I was gonna get for $100. The guy said that this kind was pretty much all he had left and that he would supposedly get a better batch and that he'd also give me a few grams free to try it out and see the difference.

 

The man gave you 3 different types in one zip? I don't buy anything without smoking and checking it out first. If you do not see any visible mold you are probably ok.

looks fine by the pictures. but around me we can't be picky. but 100 an o sounds fair for that. i don't know the weed conditions in your area though.

it doesnt look like complete dirt shit to me. id buy that shit for a 100 and sell it to make some money back. it doesnt look extremely bad it could be alot worse.

man im in ireland and if i wanted to buy that here it'd be about 250 euro about 350 us $ so dont complain bout wat u have wen others get shit!!

 

yeaaaa man, tell me about it, up here in the north it would easily be between £100 - £200



we get some pretty shitty stuff in ireland in comparison lol but better than nothing.

 

Hell, you've smoked half of it and you're still breathing. You already know it won't kill you. It must have got you high, or you wouldn't have smoked it more than once. What more do you need to know?
