    Interesting title.

    As you know, those of us on the west coast are all too familar with the real pineapple express. We got slammed pretty hard up here by the last one that blew off the Pacific.

    The PE is a weather system that brings warm winds up from Hawaii and lots of rain with it. LOTS of rain. It sometimes rains for a solid week.
