If I Do find a legitamate RC...

is it safe to order from them if I live in the US. I may have found a couple but I'm not saying what cause I don't want to get banned. I just want to know if any of you guys live in the US an order from these places. Getting busted for a mail order doens't sound very appealing to me. Thanks for your feedback

I've never heard of a case of individuals in the US being arrested for ordering personal amounts of research chemicals. I did hear about it happening to some customers w/ 2ci overseas. they were customers of a place that got busted in the UK, and the UK decided to go ahead and bust the people on their customer list as well.

if someone could prove me wrong on this then let's just say i'm going to have my doubts about ordering in the future as well...

all i've heard is that you get a 'love letter' if it's confiscated which says you have the right to claim your illegal materials. if you don't claim them they don't bring a case against you.

am i wrong???

 

youll get a love letter sometimes saying they have your shipment but I know for a fact that if it is a smaller quantity, they wont bother and just through it out if it is a grey market product (something that would fall under the analogue act).

If you are doing bulk, you may have a problem or if it involves any illegal substance you are going to get a knock on your door, but i know that small things they dont bother dealing with. You will call custom or someone of authority and they will say that it is lost because the issue never got processed and border control just got rid of it.

but yeah, ordering anything that has to do with the analogue act or scheduled is a risk

 

Hehe, I LIVE in China. The Chinese vendors never reply to me so I have to import all my RCs into China, which is ironic because I know many of these came from here in the first place.
