I probably should learn more about the genre. one of my friends is pretty into it and I just have a few compilations so my knowledge is kind of shaky.

Lol sorry zen.I just didn't see how someone like Bob marley was generic, he was a force a whoel nation could get behind. Yep, alot of white kids are walking aroung with Marley shirts on, and I'm one of them.Do I only think of him smoking marijuana? No, I think he was a VERY wise person and he's music makes me feel great. I respect him so much in choosing to die for his religion. I'm not religious. But, if you could cut off your toe and live or listen to something you love and belive in and choose not mutilate your body becuase thats what you belive and die? I respect you. Not many men can look at death ;something that comes for us all, and face it as an equal and accept that. I want to beable todo that.

 

Yea hes my hero. I just wish he was still alive today.

 

They talked alot about him in I am Legend, I just saw it I am really not adding anything to the conversation but yeah I like mhim too. I like his kids as well and peter tosh and others but I think Bo ws vital in the creation of what we consider reggae today

 

Yea pretty much all his kids are famous in some way.

Yea, so is Micheal Jackson.
