OK this isn't really a mindfuck topic but i have no where else to put it...i've been depressed for the last couple of days because i got into my first car accident the other day (i hit him from the back) and my car is a bit fucked up in the front. What i'm stressing out about is that they gave me a court date and i have no idea whats gonna happen...i dont remember the other car havign that much damage and he was walking around fine....what should i expect when i go into court?

    thanks for reading

uh-oh.I believe the courts usually/always decide that the car that rear-ends another car is always in the wrong because of following too close. If you can convince the judge that the other car slammed on the brakes ---naw -never mind--you're probably gonna' have to pay.

oh..yeah...it was definetely my fault, and my insurance should cover it but i'm just wondering if there are some unknown surprises that could occur like he had an injury but the police didn't tell me at the time...i called the police station and it doesnt say it on the report but i'm just nervous =\

even if there was an injury, the insurance should cover it so it doesn't matter unless he wants to sue, which i seriously doubt they would tell you in court for the first time
