I guess the title of this doesn't really mean what I want to say, but my friend is worried about who we buy it from. He says he wants to get it from someone we know, but most likely we'll have to get it from a middle man who is a good friend of ours. He is worried that if we get it from someone we don't know, we might get our mentallity fucked up in the long run. He's also worried about it being faked or laced with something else. What are the signs to tell if its fake or laced? Thanks in advance.
tell your friend to stop worrying, thats the first thing that leads to a bad trip. I dont know what you mean by "might get our mentality fucked up in the long run", but I can say there really is nothing you can put on a blotter that will drive you insane, except acid. if its fake, you'll know by not getting high, and if it laced, well, you got more than your moneys worth, didnt you? seriously if it was me, Id just trust the guy, and if its bunk, or "laced" find him and beat your money out of him.
i think that where you get your L does matter. the better the connections the better whole experience will be. can you trust who you are buying it off of? i would only buy off of someone i know i can trust. your friend is right in that it is usually best to buy off of someone you know. it could be a friend or a friend of a friend. as long as you have a good idea of who he is by the kinds of people he associates with. all in all it probably is not a big deal if you buy off of someone you dont know. most likely you will be getting the same stuff anyways. if you can choose a dealer who you like - buy off of someone you would like to be friends with. or if you can only find one source try to be sure that what he is selling you is what he says it is. you cant really mix stuff with LSD. either it is LSD or it isnt. there are different purities when it comes to different batches and different chemists - this may or may not cause any noticeable change in effect. tell your friend not to worry about the LSD being laced with anything - thats not going to happen. you might get an rc or something else in place of LSD but those are easy to spot because they would have to be on a bigger piece of paper.

if you get mentally fucked up then you got good acid don't blame that on the dealer. the biggest risk buying from someone you don't know is that you'll get weak or fake acid, and the only problem with that is that you lost some money.
This topic brings up an interesting point. I've heard that while they are tripping, people sometimes think about whoever gave them the doses frequently during the trip. The people I've heard this from have always dealt with kind people, so these thoughts have always been pleasant, though they may have felt a bit silly later for dwelling so much on how cool it was for that person to hook them up. It doesn't seem like people feel this as strongly with the dealers of non-psychedelics.
1. LSD isn't going to be laced. There are little to no harmful active ingredients in the microgram range (besides fentanyl, which is laced with heroin). The blotters usually a 1/4" x 1/4" size piece of hard paper (blotter). If it's bigger and has a very bitter chemical taste, it's an RC. Those can be harmful as they are not always safe and their lethal doses are unknown. LSD isn't going to fuck you up in the long run, unless you are dosing frequently and irresponsibly. And I can already tell his trip may just be a negative one, he is worrying way too much. It's a safe to be cautious like that with new drugs (don't just put anything unknown inside you), but LSD should be the last thing you get overworked about. 2. Being fake is a different story. There are ways to tell, don't give them the guidelines either, look at the shit when you are picking it up. If it's a floppy thin piece of paper, it's probably bullshit. Idk about your area but it'd probably make you feel better if it was perforated.
