i was born February 26th, 1984 at 3.33pm (melb, australia)...

i know obviously that my sun sign is pisces...

im adaptable, hyper-sensitive, a total dreamer, indecisive, lazy, secretive, go out of my way for others, unrealistic etc etc.

but there are other aspects of myself that dont seem to match up (completely to what i know of pisces)...

eg... in relationships i can be quite irratic and unaffectionate.

can someone help me determine things like, rising signs and moons etc. it just confuses me when i try to figure it all out and understand it all.

id also love to find out about my (could be) partner... march 9 1984, dont know time of birth. as it seems his only really strong 'piscean' trait is his creativity!

    thanks in advance!

I could dig some more info on your chart later when I get home. I'm not going to get too deep in a reading, but the other stuff should be easy.

that would be wonderful. im trying to get a better understanding of myself, how i behave, what makes me tick, and what aspects of myself i need to focus on to be a more grounded within myself and with others around me.
and id love an idea of myself in regards to relationships etc. so if you can help in anyway id really appreciate it!

well i did some googling on my own (as a consequence have done not much productive work!)

i think this is what i am...

    sun sign - pisces

    rising sign - gemini

    moon sign - capricorn.

its also been said to me that...

sun sign is my "soul" - my inner personality
rising sign is my "physical self" - the face i present to world
moon sign is my "heart" - my emotional core

now im really confused about my traits and what not... so this is what id love an explanation on!

the funny thing is... i really do not like geminis alot. ive had old friends and exes that are that sign...and i dont think highly of alot of the traits. so does that mean...what i dislike in other ppl is what i portray to others?!

now i am very piscean in traits i think... ive been told that i live in "jes land" and come visit reality every now and then.

the capricorn traits in my sign...make alot of sense. im never late, im very organised (bordering on occ), and i love order. ive always viewed capricorns as the opp to a pisces though?!

well, my best friend is a Pisces; and let me tell you, John Lennon reincarnate! He's about my age, but wise beyond his years. peaceful, spiritual, religious, intelligent, scientific, really worldly wise. He gives the best advice, and he's been there for me and even saved my life.

I guess if I read the post I would have seen it huh?

Yes your rising sign/ascendant is Gemini. I'm going to quote from Johannes Angelus from the 15th century, since he wrote some good summaries of the rising signs. This is still vague, but it's a better summary than anything I've ever seen.

Your ascendant is 20 degrees Gemini this falls under what is called the 3rd face or decan of Gemini. From Angelus:

The third face of Gemini is of the Sun and is a face of oblivion, disdain, of mirth and jollity, and of hearing unprofitable words.

20 degrees Gemini is represented as three snakes lying on the ground. This signifies one who is wise and of good understanding.

If the horoscope be found in Gemini it signifies the native to begin his life with labor; to receive comfort from his parents, bout in friendship to wicked men; which gives his patrimony.

The MC (10th house) in Pisces signifies the native to live in watery places, and to possess his estate and patrimony, to gain his livelihood by other men's endevours, and either to potent in two cities, or to divide his patrimony.

If the west angle (7th house) be in Sagittarius, he brings some damage to himself or his kindred occasioned by him, and his mind to be troubled with many cares by reason of the various changes of the time, he shall have many enemies and be beaten out of his own country to wander in strange nations; but afterwards shall return to his own country and his estate be restored to him.

The 4th house in Virgo signifies the first part of the native's age; shall be wearied with the continuation of many labors, but in process of time to attain to many felicities and much happiness; but all of these things are to be considered by the position of the whole geniture, which we have frequently desired you, diligently to observe.

Basically this says a buch of things, but in the end tells you that you need a full reading to zero in on things.

The part that says you will be "beaten from your own country" is a bit dramatic, but a quick glance shows a connection with enemies and you traveling. Also keep in mind this is written in Europe where traveling to other nations is like going to another state to us.

There is also a lot about patrimony, which is something that is talked about more in traditional astrology than modern. I tend to downplay that a little bit unless it's a major part of the chart.

Keep in mind what I did was vague. All the signs have negative and positive aspects, so if you're worried about having a "bad" sign, you're out of luck. Astrology reflects life, and no one's life is alll good or bad. It is what it is.

I don't remember, but from my traditional astrological standpoint it really doesn't matter unless I do a full reading. Modern astrology makes a big deal about Moon signs as yet another way to talk about personality, but traditional astrologers understood that there is more to life than personality. In other words, you won't see a lot of "my sign is such and such". Sun signs weren't there, and Moon signs weren't thought of as a major element of someone except to determine if the Moon was strong or weak, and even then it only pertained to certain questions.

Online I'm not sure. I'm very picky!
