Can anyone tell me...

What the hell are the little mirror circle next to the camera on cell phones for? I always figured it was to deflect light or something so you could get a better picture...

No not the flash.. its in place of it. My last phone had a flash, and this one has a little circle mirror thing.

 

When the little 15 year old girls take millions of pictures of themselves, the mirror helps them aim in the right direction

 

So you can see what the picture will look like...

yea thats what its for so you can take a picture of yourself easier. once you see yourself in the little mirror you can take the picture. otherwise youd just have to guess to where your face is at. on my phone its got a screen on the outside so i can just see myself on that if i take like a self pic.

Mine has the screen on the outside too. No mirror.

 

i have a shitty cell phone with no camera. not just because it has no camera... but it has no antenna either

so i have no idea.
