Yeah, I'm usually in between 150 and 155. In fact, just two days ago I was at 155. Today I happened to be at 150. I swear I will gain 5 pounds one day and lose 5 the next. Is that healthy??
I am 5' 3" (small frame), weigh about 115, and have a BMI of 20, which is ideal. When I graduated High School I think I weighed like 107. Oh, and btw, I gained like 60 lbs when I was pregnant. LOL! I lost it all within a few months. Once school starts and I begin my exercise classes, I will be building muscle, so I will probably only get down to 110 and stay there, which is great for me.
No thanks, i don't like eating really....I've been wating my whole life for them to develop a pill that could sustain you for an entire day, or month....
last i checked i was like 3 (whatever the scale was) over. and that's fine with me!!!! I'm 5 "10 and i bounce between 135-145. but i dont watch it, i just look in the mirror and decide if i like what i see.
I'm 5'5 and 121 pounds...I was 124 last year (I dunno how I lost weight..I eat like a maniac) and I was the perfect weight then...so I'm about the same now..
