I put this in "conspiracy" because.... ....I've never heard this one until today from a friend I hadn't seen in a while. She has, in the past, done some time in jail, so she's real familiar with what it looks like on the inside. She is also the daughter of one of the retired circuit judges of the neighboring county, and she has connects in different places. She told me today that she WILL NOT go into Walmart for any reason, ever again. Then she told me a story. She said she knows one of the main computer people for Walmart and he told her that in EVERY Walmart there is an extra computer line, not hooked up to anything, going someplace that they are NOT told (secret?)... She pointed out that every Walmart is it's own self contained unit. Refrigeration, computer, phone etc. She pointed out that there are NO windows, and few exits. She also pointed out that the SHELVES, emptied of stuff and some removed, ARE JUST LIKE JAILHOUSE BEDS, and could be used as such... I have to say I have often thought that all the new SCHOOLS that have been built over the last few years seem to have that "jailhouse" look also. What say ye?
Hey, I didn't say she wasn't nuts. (she is) But I have been noticing all these "newish" buildings for years that sure do look like jails. Maybe it's just that civilization isn't interested in making things look GOOD like they used to be. Now everything looks like an institution.
Right. Just because it looks like a jail doesn't mean it really is one. Hell, they're even building churches to look like jails today. We just don't have any interest in building things to be aesthetically pleasing anymore-just throw a box-looking building up real quick and start using it, then tear it down before too many years and build another one. I remember a long time back when Prince Charles made a statement about a library that had been built in England-he said it looked more like a place that was made to incinerate books than to read them. He was right.
I don't really think that is true about buildings all looking the same. Compared to Seoul or Moscow, at least.
Hatred toward Walmart is a two edged sword. Do you hate them for what they sell? Or do you hate them for what people want to buy? There is only one correct answer. x
It only looks like that because that design generates the most profit. It's the most $ per square foot, the perfect formula they could come up with... It's efficient. Your friend needs some help.
Could well be a line back to Walmart headquarters so the managers can keep an eye on their drones.. seems slightly more logical than some kind of government conspiracy. Could even be a dedicated phat pipe for the manager of each store to download pr0n with
This proves the fact that people should not be locked up in a room for a long time... it does things to you...
