OMG!! I love this film. I went to see it last week and just totally love it!!My fav character has to be Captain Shakespeare, such a sweetie, love him!! Yep would definately reccommend this film, totally brilliant and lovely!! amy xx

I really enjoyed this film too. There wasn't much hype about it. It should have gotten more recognition. I think it's a magical film and it's nice that it's well suited for adults.

I was SO amazed by this film! I honestly wasn't expecting much of it. And I love Robert de Niro for the role he played in the film.
I was the same, I dodn't think that it would be any good, but then loved it! I love David Walliams so him being in it made me happy!!
I didn't think it was that good. Of course, De Niro's character made me laugh. Still, I didn't think Clair Danes looks good with non-existent eyebrows and I thought the male lead was rather shallow in his character portrayal. The concept and ideas behind the film are very interesting. I think it's the problem you encounter when you turn a book into a movie, you just can't fit everything in and it doesn't make sense and the story seems spotty and too quick.
