So today I was walking home from school with a friend. I was smoking some weed and he wasn't because he doesn't feel comfortable doing it more than once a year due to his heart condition. Anyways, after my friend parted to his house, I went downtown to get some money from the bank. I then went on some backstreets and continued on my way home. Near the park downtown, I started smoking again and I didn't notice, but a car was slowing down beside me. It was none other than the police. He had obviously seen my pipe because I was oblivious that he was there. He then screamed out his window "Put that fucking shit out, or I'll put you in the car! You're lucky I'm responding to a more serious call right now! If I see you smoking that shit again, I'll get you!" Then he drove off quickly to the place he was going. It was scary, and I ended up smoking the rest on the way to my house. Why does this shit always happen to me?! :toetap:
maybe try not to blaze in public? or atleast smoke a joint not a pipe, the cop could have thought you were a crackhead for all you know.

right now there is no law for possession of weed in ontario (under 1ounce) as long as you arent selling, you would have only gotten in a little trouble for being "high" in public but they really dont care about weed.... (excuse spelling coming down from lsd) worst thing that could have happened would be comm service + phone call to parents)
^ don't spread bullshit. I live in Ontario. There IS a law. Marijuana is illegal to posses in Canada regardless. Believe me, I have the first offense to prove it.
no provincal law, and there is no reason to be arrested, if you are in a private residence smoking they will not care, if you have a bottle of vodka open in the street you will get busted, if you are piss drunk you will get arrested... dunno what part of ontario you are from but here its accepted and unless you are making an ass of yourself they wont bother you.
Theres a difference between tolerated and legal. They can arrest you if they see you smoking marijuana.
No no, it IS true. There is possession laws. I know kids that have been arrested for pot. I also know ones that have been accused of dealing because they had a scale, a dime bag or a couple bags on them. The cops chased after us for pot a couple times before... Scary shit...
You answered your question... pay attention when ure doin somethin that could land u in jail/fine. "Oblivious" is how you get caught, hopefully you learned from that and we don't see ya back on here in 2 years sayin "wow its good to be outta jail"
