no, the weed will not fall through. carb gives you a better hit, when you are hitting it, hold your thumb over it, and take it off every now and then. also when the bud is cherried, if you pass it you wont have to light it agan.
acctually it will fall through unless you got yourself a screen. Some head shops give em away free with a new piece others make you buy a back of five for a dollar or so.
no it wont fall through but since its a new pipe you should be careful when its almost completely burnt. towards the end the ash might suck through until you smoke enough out of it to build up resin. and the carb is just to clear the chamber and let clean air through. youll get used to it after you smoke for a while. just remember with a new pipe you might suck ash through but weed shouldnt come through.
I was able to get a whole display thing of screens for headshops for 5 bucks. Its like a lifetime supply of screens.
i have about 8 screens left that i got from chunky. ive used them and they work pretty good for new pipes for not sucking through hot ash into your mouth. after the pipe gets resined up it just clogs up to easy. i guess its alright as long as you clean the screen after each bowl pack but its just a hassle to me. i think that once the pipes resined up and broken in then the screen just clogs it up quicker IMO.
i think that we were all talking about glass screens. i dont really think u need any kind of screen. just be careful breaking it in the beginning when its near the end of the bowl. once the pipe gets resin built up inside it will be fine.
yeah you might huff in a ton of ash but it's not hot at all, though sucking in some burning resin might leave a mark (i got a burn on my inner bottom lip from doing that)
Well don't know how you guys are smoking your shit... but I always break mine up well, so if I did nt have a new screen the weed would most deffinately suck through. As for the build up on the screen; that's whay you take a resin hit.
