Hello mates, Really feels great to be able to socialize with some Ozzies. You are some of the best world travels I have ever met. Planning on making a trip in may of 2008, hopefully it will be real cold. Im 36 year old american, living in southern California. Taking probably my last trip around the USofA. This time it is the police causing the most problems. Man traveling around America has very quickly changed. A lot more big brother crap. And the usual war on the poor. Driving an older car (1993) with plates from a different state causes for much trouble. Everything from gas to hotels are nearly out of reach. Many people are returning from Iraq to resume there old jobs as policemen. So one day they are killing people, the next there on the streets of America. So hopefully your country, will be a little nicer, I know the people will be. Not sure of where to go, or what to do, but for six months, I hope to met many many good people. Cheers
