I have a mother double dutch in a chamber using fluorescent tubes and mirrors... after cloning (clones will go outdoor), do I keep them on a 24 hr light schedule for rooting before putting them outside, or should i reduce the hrs of light??? When clones are put outside wouldnt there initial reaction be to start budding because they had previously been exposed to 24 Hrs. light a day when put outside this amt of time for light is significantly reduced... thanks for your time fellas. pEaCe

It depends on how many hours of light they are getting once they go outside. Since rooted clones are already sexually mature, they can make the switch to flower as soon as they are getting enough dark time (12 hrs, about). I wouldn't think they would start budding until the days are short enough, but if you're paranoid about it then just switch to 18/6 just to be safe.
