i have panic attacks a lot lately and i didnt think it was caused by smoking pot, i didnt know what it was. I thought my lungs hand a whole in it or something (lol) so i havent smoked in 6 days and thats a lot for me. I really want to but i think it's going to make it worse because just smelling bud triggers it. Pot is the only thing that actually relaxes me, i dont have to smoke but i just bought a 8th for christmas break and i dont want it to go to waste. And i consider it going to waste by selling it lol. I want to cook it, but i still live at home and i dont wanna waste a lotta weed, does anyone know away i can get it in me without smoking it. And my most important question is, would it make me worse (with the panic attacks)? please help and thank you
smoke a cigarette with it trust me you will be so relaxed you wont even be thinking about panicing, but make sure its a light cig cuz a normal one is probably going to make you dizzy/sick the first time
oh no cigs haha the smokes irritates my lungs but i appreiate your help do you know if have to heat thc to have it activated
it really does, and it makes the high much stronger/ come on faster, you could also try to make a joint with .5g dank and .5g high quality tobacco
heh tobbaco and weed is much better than weed alone, makes it way more intense, but the smokes really help calm me down you should give them a shot
no i just panic constantly lol. Ive been smoking for years and it never happened but ive been under a lot of stress lately. smoking doesn't make it worse and i dunno if it actually makes it happen because the attacks happen constantly now. And panic, doesnt mean like im scared it just feels like im having a heart attack or something haha.
Yeah I have really bad anxiety too. Have you tried meditation? During a panic attack or at the beginning of it meditating can help stop things before they start. Also, if practiced over time, meditation really helps lower the intensity and frequency of anxiety, at least it has for me. You can download guided meditations only or read books on it or even attend classes.
oh yeah? i've been trying to get help but i dunno what to do or who to ask. Does smoking make it worse for you? How should i mediate?
Or maybe if it's really affecting your life see a therapist. Cognitive behavioral therapy works really well with anxiety because it makes you realize and alter your thought processes that lead to panic and uneasy feelings. Just talking to someone can make a huge difference in some cases
Smoking makes my anxiety much worse. Anxiety is not caused from smoking though, it's usually other factors in your life or biology or whatever but smoking can definately bring those feeling to the surface and intensify them. Meditation is just going back to our natural, uncluttered relaxed state. A really simply way to start out is if you are feeling anxiety, be aware of it before you start panicing and just focus on your breath. Push out all other thoughts crowding your mind and bring your focus to you breath going in and out and in and out. Feel it slow, and relax and just reassure yourself it's just anxiety and you'll feel better with time. It always helps me relax.

ohhh, about an hour ago i could feel it coming again so i just stop and started breathing and saying out loud "everything is gonna be okay" over and over.. but it didnt help and i started crying haha. i dunno wat to do about it
