As most of you already know, there are a lot of people who know little about the cannabis legalization movement or dont look at both sides of the drug war. If we can get out out the other side of the story to many americans, maybe they would see the light for themselves and join the fight. I decided to write www.norml.org on the bottom of dollar bills and as they change hands maybe some people will actually go to the address. i always see tons of myspace links and random crap on dollar bills and maybe it would be a good idea to put norml on the bills. a little bit does count and although most people wont go to the links, some will. It would take like 2 seconds and money spreads like wildfire.It would be great to counter those "above the influence" commercials by beating them at their own game.
good idea. MIGHT make a difference, but i'm not sure, alot of people are pretty closed minded about it, even my dad who admitted to smoking pot alot in college....
Defeatist attitude only allows for defeat. Have confidence in your efforts and you have a chance Good idea with the $... too bad at the moment I have no $ lol.... The best thing to do is be persistent, keep remindin folks about the bullshit war on drugs... EVERY time your at a bar, remind people that alcohol they are drinking is relative rat poison compared to marijuana... remind folks that if you drink enough children's cough syrup, your gonna die - not so with mary jane... or at least you'd have to be superhuman to get to that point, in which case you probably wouldnt die Thats how people's subconscious gets changed... its how TV is so effective at brainwashing the population, small suggestions over the course of years will alter the otherwise natural reactions of folks, without them being aware. It has to get to the point where when people are asked to answer the first word that comes to their mind when they hear "marijuana", the majority respond in a positive manner. First word to my mind, btw, was "smile"... or rather an image of me smiling
