    Guilt is such as poison,
    Flowing through my veins.
A kiss and a touch for you,
    my dear,
    Can only bring us down.

    Don't let me spread it
    Into your blood so pure,
    Don't let me forget it,
    and stain your heart.
    Oh,
    I must endure...

Tears roll down the sorrowful face,
Unfit to love and live within the grace.

    You are beautiful,
    I am empty.
    Step away, dear,
Before I drain your soul to pieces,
    Move away, dear,
    My heart is poison.

    Let me die with it,
    So you must go on.

I like the theme but don't let rhyme dictate content and relax and let the lines break down naturally. Yr headin' in the right direction!
