has anyone seen the anime? if so i'll save you some time; dont watch it! its really good until they bring in near and melo, two 'gifted' kids who have moar business playing mario and watching cartoons than bringing down a serial killer. and then the ending. the ending is a flaming turd that makes you wanna throw a heavy object at your tv/monitor.
yea L was the man. near? not so much. and i think it would have been cool if light succeeded in his plan, and became ruler of the earth. the last episode and lights death was cheap and it felt really rushed. other than the end i loved the intellectual battles and sequences. its def in my top 3 all time faves
