    Well, I'm thinking about it.

It's my only addiction, and I'm pretty much ready to finish it. I haven't had a real smoke since yesterday, been putting around on some home-rolled pinners.

Anyways, just thinking about it. I want to, but I just have this feeling in the back of my mind that it's not going to happen, which pretty much means it's not gonna work.

Just rambling... Didn't know where to put this so I put it in the other drugs forum.

I might switch to Herbal Cigarettes because I honestly believe that 90% of my infatuation with cigs would probably be the habit of smoking.

I've smoked the herbals before, they're pretty fucking nice. They taste good, smell good, and they look weird so people ask you what the fuck you're smoking.

yeah, cigarette addiction is ALL about the act of smoking. As you ween off that is what your body craves, just the feeling of exhaling the smoke. It's a bitch to quit and the only way that I found that works(after like 11 or so attempts) is to go cold turkey, and no fucking cheating(ever). Just say no ciggies, because when I first tried I always would let myself smoke in social situations, or when I was drinking, or when I was stressed, and I'd ALWAYS end up smoking again. You have to cut completely or don't even bother.

Always remember that your mind is your best friend, and worst enemy. It will try and trick you into just one, but just don't smoke. An addiction is a nasty thing, and I quit solely because I don't like being addicted to anything. There's my three cents.

Well, the herbals have no nicotine in them (the ones that I like at least) and they taste good, but not as strong as cigars. It's more like dry nargila in the smoke.

I'm not quitting smoking. I love smoking and watching the smoke come from my mouth and having complete control of how it moves and drifts...

I can trip out just watching smoke. Seriously.

I've had good luck in the past with the patch. It's great for getting you off the smokes, but it's not much help 2 months later when your drunk and someone pisses you off and you just have to have a cigarette . . .

I don't smoke but I used to and now if I buy cigarettes I don't inhale them because, as we all know, they cause heart disease and cancer.

Yeah I'd rather die of heart disease than throat, mouth, or tongue diseases.
