Does anyone know of any good alternative ways of relieving stress and anxiety which causes palpitations. I have been to the doctor and had blood tests and everything was fine, so it has been put down to being to anxious and worrying too much.

I'm looking for natural ways to relieve this as I don't like taking meds?

I get anxiety a lot and weed will help usually... weed can cause anxiety too though. It has gone both ways for me, but if I'm freaking out and smoke some weed it diminishes instantly.
Tea always makes me feel good too (uncaffeinated).

Thats all I can think of... hope it helps!

Meditation, specifically yoga, if your willing to self discipline your mind and body to yeild to your spirit, is by far the most calming and controlling way to not only rid yourself of anxiety but also to bring much ever-new bliss. :D

Are you on a low fat diet? These often lead to mental health problems.

MASSAGE THERAPY, definitely. One massage a month is good, two is better. It helps relieve anxiety, causes a good awareness of the body's 'self', promotes circulation, reduces hyper-tension, promotes healing and helps strengthen the immune system. The results last long enough to keep you going. If you don't like to be touched try Reiki, which is energy work.
    Love, R.
