Alright I just took 2 pills of hydrocodone and I'm about to take 1 pill of xanax. I'm new to the pill thing so will I be alright if I mixed them?

Well, its the next day and I just took "xanax" a yellow, bar-like pill that says 039 on it. So far its been about an hour and I just feel a little buzzed. How long will it take to fully kick in?
like I said before when you mix any downers with opiates especially Benzos you are just asking for fucking trouble, If you are new to Opiates its Not to smart at all its a real easy way to od if you take just a little to much of one or the other. Mixing any thing with opiates is a huge NO NO. Dam they feel great on there own why fuck with it ? and Twizz is right saying just go do you will be fine iwhen you no nothing at all about this persons drug use is just a recipe for disaster !!! Please people be smart testing out mixing drugs with opiates. Its not worth ending up ODed in the ER,in a coma or worse yet 6 feet under. Be fucking smart !!!
Well how much is that? Jesus Christ, why are people asking questions without giving any information on dosage? Why the fuck would you take something without first looking up the amount in the pills? You should be feeling it, it kicks in fairly fast, unless it's one of those XR's, or if you took very little. Don't expect much, they just make you tired and drowsy. EDIT: That's a 2mg xanax bar. You should be pretty fucking sleepy after an hour.
My personal experience with mixing alprazolam and semi-synthetic opioids is: Be very very careful. Benzo's of any type (and specifically Xanax) potentiate the effects of opiates, often to a dangerous degree. So, taking an opiate that has a lethal dose of, say 100mg with 2mg alprazolam can effectively change your LD to 20-30mg. Not to mention you tend to nod off & not enjoy.
