When asked about my drug use by a teacher.

I happen to be high as I type. Can you tell? I don’t know if you could. Maybe, if you didn’t know me. Than you’d realize that this must be the typing style of a particularly spaced mind. Nobody could always be baked all the time… or could they? Could someone always be stoned and still function? Probably. Eventually. Once a slight tolerance sets in. That’s when true appreciation happens. When one can enjoy the effects of being high and still operate in today’s world. A slightly slower world perhaps. But a better world. A tolerant world where everyone is free to do and to worship as they please. What would keep this world from tearing itself apart as the current world is now? An international set of customs and suggestions that people live by, not because they have to, but because they want to. Because they choose to only for the reason that it is better in the long run, for the good of the world. To ignore these customs would not be illegal, but would be thought of as so disrespectful, and so unthinkable, that nations and people alike would believe it to be an unnecessarily dishonorable and offensive way to act. These customs would revolve among the social use of marijuana. This is a world that I dream both because it suits my current hobbies perfectly and because I think the time is ripe for a new world, because like the different periods in history, both B.C. and A.D., the current world isn’t working, and the time is ripe for change.

im high pretty much all day and i function fine. wen im at home i do about 4 lung hits every 30-45 mins and if im outside ill smoke a joint every hour or so unless im outta weed.

 

The world doesn't stagnante, my friend. It's always changing, however slightly and slowly; maybe you just can't see it?

I can't see a world in which the most powerful customs for all cultures revolve around smoking up... However, I admit I personally have always found smoking (bud or tobacco) to be a very social thing; that might just be because I'm native (peace pipe! lol). For an open-minded and interested group, it works.

 

I have been high for he last two years. I have a full time job (which all the money I earn is spent on weed) and I smoke 3-4 bowls every two hours at breaks than all day when I am not at work I have not skipped a day in over two years and I learned to function about three days after starting that. I plan to stay high till the day I die. and I dont care who knows it. I also grow hundred of outdoor plants every year to cut back on the money I spend on it. Weed Is not only my lifestyle it is my life. not because i have a "drug problem" but because I just love it.

 

many ignorant people would think this means you have a serious drug problem, and need help. the people who say that are the ones that need help. you my friend, take the best out of life. life is short, (and in my opinion pointless) so enjoy it, puff up and live!

 

lol i agree....what the hell did that have to your teacher asking about you being on drugs, unless he/she asked you if you were high all the time, which got you into asking about if someone could be high all the time

 

I wouldn't want to be high all the time, takes the magic from it and turns it to the norm...Sounds like you have it made for the most part =D

OP - your onto the very idea of peace itself... everyone accepting that they only have to accept a peaceful state of mind. If everyone accepts peace, war doesn't mean anything.

 

Drugs are a problem when they cause problems. Marijuana is not a drug that inherantly causes problems... in fact, it can be a tool to solve many a mental issue.

Nobody tokes and wants to kill someone, anyone who has actually smoked knows this. Most foiks smoke and just chill out, think about stuff.

Thats the problem with weed - it makes you think. Thats why its a threat to the establishment, they don't want you to think... they want you to watch TV, stuff your face, drink alcohol, and take as many pills as you can be prescribed. They want you to be distracted your entire life so that you don't even realize that half of the time you work in your entire life is working to empower those that seek only to have more power.

About *half* everyone's money goes straight to taxes... and people think this is just perfectly fine, as a matter of fact, nobody even questions the income tax at all - even though there is no law for it to exist! Its entirely unconstitutional... the same money is taxes over, and over, and over.... money that is printed on interest!

Marijuana is in no way a gateway drug... nobody tokes and runs to their dealer to score some meth, that doesn't even make sense. What DOES happen is people buy into all the anti-marijuana propoganda, smoke it, realize its not what its proposed to be... and then are mislead into other drugs on the basis of possibly being lied to about their harmfulness. Meth, coke, etc etc... those sort of drugs are gonna kick your ass... same with valium, oxycotton, etc etc, in fact, marijuana is safer than *every* prescription drug... youd die from taking sugar pills before you die from smoking weed. Yet marinol, synthetic THC, is perfectly legal... how does this make any sense at all?

I have smoked pot for over 20 years but have quit (for the most part) because of bronchial problems. The worse part for me is feeling like you are a criminal for doing so.

I remember one time when i was a sophmore in high school, 10th grade, and i had ceramics class right after lunch, so naturally i was stoned everyday for that class, im a really creative person naturally, jsut my mind i guess....but one day i was in class and i had to start a new project and I didnt have any idea right thena nd there....and my teacher ask me" well...what are you into....besides dope?...."....i was like " uuuugghhhh......hahahaha....how'd you know?...."

 

After smoking bud for so long it does almost feel like a different drug to see the world from a sober perspective. Just to do everything in a faster motion. I agree that mull makes you think so much more.. but a peaceful tail of thoughts, no aggression or anger enters my mind, just happy peaceful and expanding thoughts.
