My Introduction: Rock N Roll Buddies

YES,, hello Dela Cruz, John Nikko here. !7 years old, 2nd year college taking up masscommunication. First of all, the reason I joined this forum, I want to interact with people with the same interests as mine. At My age many people asks Me why am I so hooked with this oldies song way back 60's- 70's. The fact that I am not yet a part of this world those times. I grew up with My grandparents. They often play songs of dean martin, elvis presley, doowop legends: the mello kings and moonglows. These things molded me to what I am now. I'd rather listen to my idol buddy holly, richie vallens, beatles,etc.. rather than listening to mainstream music which I can't appreciate the meaning of "How they were making there music?". Is it just for profit?? FAME??
