backpackers interested??

hey ive been looking for people who would be interested in joining me on a backpacking trip around canada, i really want to nkow where im from and in southern ontario i dont get to see much of anything but smoke stacks and crowds. Yes, thers some neat stuff too but im looking for the raw, real canada that makes us canucks so well known. im willing to go at any time and would be leaving whenever ive gotten some people happy to join me so it could for winter(which is very very cold!!!i might add) or even througout spring and summer. so if you interested let me know and i woul be happy to talk

Love to but I'm too old. I urge any highschool/college students considering it to GO while you still can, before you have to start paying for crap.

 

i wish you the best ...i get to drive across the country twice a year and it's kinda neat .......you never know what or who you are going to run into ......last year i ran into a guy from my hometown in a camp in northern BC.

hey keep me updated, this is just the sort if thing id really like to do this spring or summer.

 

I can leave anytime to. Winter would be a great time of year to see Canada.

 

it is fun to drive across the country ...last year i stopped at the terry fox memorial ....i had seen him run when i used to haul in cape breton ,nova scotia ...he was crossing the canso causeway there ...saw steve fonyo trying the same run when he was running back from niagara falls to toronto....if you have a good sense of canadian history then the places you cross and visit have more meaning for you

 

ive done it enough in the states, always wanted to hit canada, so i can go. although i would rather not live in a tent in canada in the winter. spring is much better for me
