When I lived in Florida I knew plenty of people who routinely tripped acid at disney world. I have tripped Universal and it was magnilloquent. I can remember dancing up next to the bluesbrothers in front of a massive crowd and watching magic tricks. The sun was shining all day and terminator was crucial. I did the Mummy like 5 times it was exceptional. Highly recommended.
I agree, One of my greatest trips was with good friends at Islands of Adventure. Whenever I drop acid I always find myself wanting to do things, which usually entails getting out of my house and going elsewhere. I don't have that problem in a theme park. Then there is the introspective trip, in which I would do alone in a quiet place. A great way to evaluate things and get priorities in perspective (in my experience)...
i went to a wellness/care & rest center ... on 500 mics, my girl was sitting for me. It was beyond every expextation i could have. El Tripero
I took at ten strip at King's Island in Cinncinati, OH. The amount of terror that ensued should be laughed at in retrospect. At the time it was not funny. Every worst acid nightmare came true for me. I almost choked to death on my own vomit as people all looked deformed to me in one way or another. The skies were gray, and there was mud, which I tell you, is like a bully refusing to leave your shoes. I actually accidently ended up on the news. Imagine peaking into a bad trip and a cameraman spotlights you and a woman is asking you to explain yourself. Terror. I had to go hide in my car. Once outside in the parking lot gripped with fear and panic. A couple who was sitting in their car in front of us was arrested for something, I don't know to this day. But about 8 or 9 cops appeared from nowhere to yell at them to get out of their car. I had some green with me in the car, and another ten strip, which I started to cry when I swallowed for fear of getting caught with it. I managed a"rollercoasters make me sick" when the cop asked if I saw anything. And after a few dead end non-answered questions the cop left. I left the parking lot at about midnight when security told me I could not stay or sleep here. I was not sleeping, I was peaking from my second ten strip in about 8 hours. The horror, the horror.
I refer you to Art Kleps book "Millbrook" where he has the idea to create a "Disneyland" of the mind. Visitors would take rides where they would be sprayed with LSD and then emerge into areas that would have decor corresponding to different states of mind.
I would LOVE taking a hit or two and going to Disney World (I think a more fun oriented vs. thrill oriented park would be better, but Six Flags would be fun, too). A lot of people would probably hate it, freak out, and have a panic attack. It all depends on who you're doing it with, how experienced you are, how much you do, how you feel about crowds (I am not crazy about them but probably deal with them better on drugs haha), etc.
i took some acid tabs when i visited my friends in wisconsin im from cali so when i started trippin it was cool to see new stuff they drove me to six flags and i was gone...i had to walk thru some mist thing cuz it was hot and the water drops looked huge and they were dancing looked lik ethe toothpaste commercial when the lil globs are in concert i got on a rollercoaster and the tracks were moving back and forth like a snake i was trippin so hard they got me on this ride thats like the dragon swing but goes upside down just my luck someone spit and i got a fresh hot lugi in my face it was gross but i couldnt stop laughing..i laughed and laughed then when we got off some lady came up to me in a rage yelling and screaming about how i spit on her..im the one who got hit it was embarrasing cuz i couldnt speak i dont know what came out of my mouth i managed out a "fuck u bithch" before i got taken away the drive home took forever and when we got back we played chess for like 8 hours straight and smoked like an oz of bud
i wanna do this one day, the only thing i could see that would freak me out would be the lines and seeing the same people over and over and over again before you get on the ride. sunglasses will solve this
could be at low does. but one of the worst trips i can imagine is getting a high dose trip, then somehow ending up on a scary-ass roller coaster like space mountain, THAT would be the worst, lsd and roller coasters are two things that don't mix
tripped at wonderland in toronto for my first trip, had a blast! couldn't stop laughing when i was on top gun, and the line wasn't even that bad.. just listened to music and watched the visuals. It was pretty awesome, b/c everything there is as textured and colourful as can be.
I've done DXM at a theme park and that kicked ass, but DXM is a far cry from acid haha. Next year I might dose at Cedar Point for the thrill of a lifetime haha. ... this reminds me, next fall I have to eat mushrooms or acid at a corn maze, preferrably one with the little clue papers and a goal to accomplish. Now THAT would be fun :jester:
