This sadly happened in April It was the 3rd, we had to go to Sonic to get my X's mom a new sonic drink route 44 bullshit cause my friend kenny stole it from her. My older brother 20 now was with us to. I was in the back of the kia, jacob my bro was driving, kenny in the passenger. we chief a blunt and got a blunt rap and about 2.5 grams grinded up ready for the next blunt after we get sonic blasts cause we had cotton mouth. We smoked on the ride up there and let the windows down to air out, we parked next to a white chevy lumina. like 2 spots away, older bro turns ac on and i guess thats when the occuring marijuana smell came out the window and the UC must have smelled it. I knew we were busted when a marked cop car pulled in right beside us. Get your hands up where we can see them and place them in front of you! says the cops. Knocks on our window with his badge. they ask whos it is and i dont say shit and pretend he said nothing to me. They found it in glove compartment cause friend told them they said probable cause they smell it. towed my moms car went to city jail for 3 days and county (Liberty County) For 11 County jail sucked ass. this was my 4th time getting arrested but every other time it was city jail for over night this shit sucked and when i got out i smoked a fat blunt with brother got put on the standard year probation and 40 hr community work service about 1300 $$ fine all together Would have been half G more but the jail time served that out. Moral of story is: If you drive and get high, or high in a public place make sure yo ass only brings the amount he/she is going to smoke. the only cool thing was they let me off a month early was sceduled to get off april 12, let me go march 23 When i got out of the Probation building i walked down the stairs screaming Im Free Im Free Im Free Just like dave chapelle did when he gets off work. did a bunch of benzos and E for some months and ran out of money sorry if its long but thats my story (Im New)
thats some shitty shit man your friend is a peice for stealing you x moms drink causing you to leave the house in the 1st place. he shouldve took the blame for everything if he had a concious. well if everythings all done with im glad to hear it... ive never been on prob but i kno id totally hate it. youve been arrested 4 times? were the other 3 drug related? id be real careful about the weed smoking you never can be to careful... alot times the reason people get popped is because they get way to comfortable where there not as careful. im not hating ive been there before and got busted by the rents.. nowhere near the degree with the po 9 but still couldve been avoided if i was more careful about it. all in all i hope this shit blows over for you so u can keep kickin ass in society...haha

Yea, he should have cause it was right in front of his ass. He opened the glove box and gave it to the cop. He was going to throw it out but said since the UC got us its diff. Parents didnt bail us out. Got arrested when i was 13 but too big of case (HUFFING) (DUMB) 2nd time was 2 months be 4 this for A PI Class C Mis Then i got arrested with another class C for fireworks within city limits. It was taking like 10 mins and we never saw the drinks ordered a route 44 and 3 sonic blasts. come on how hard is that to make. Fucking blows and yep, if he wouldnt have took her fucking drink. LOL, almost every time me and my older bro get offered to go to a sonic we refuse to leave. One tim e we get our food and leave and cop pulls over me , jacob, and my X Hoe. she was 15 at the time and i was turning 18 so he pulls us over and lets us go cause my x hoe would have no place to go. He had warrants out and was driving on Suspended license. When they suspend your license sometimes they dont do it
