I mentioned in a thread earlier about how everyone tries to deal drugs to pay for school, and look cool, but its not a life you want to live, this business is for us trying to make a livin feed our kids, not for people just trying to make some extra bucks.

Stay away from dealing period unless you understand the risk. I've been locked up, been through the system, and fucked up my life. Its how I live now, I cant even get into school. Keep your heads up and watch what you do.

5 years for marijuana??? where he livin? I live in nyc and even for dealing large u get a slap on the wrist unles.... u have priors.

10 years for a firearm and 5 years for possession of marijuana? yo nigga live in Texas or something? my bro did 3 years for a firearm and evading arrest. they might have made it 4 years if they found the bud he tossed.

 

seriously. he must had priors man. i knew someone that got caught with mad weight and they only got a couple months heh.

 

He had one prior charge which was an intent to delivery. Was on probation for it, and the felony. He got charged for Felon with a firearm, and violation of probation as far as I know, then another intent to delivery. I'm not sure exactly how much he had on him, I've just gotten to talk to him once and he just said a few bricks so I'd imagine it was a couple pounds. He travels to houston quite a bit.

And digitalj, why are you posting on a marijuana forum if your against it? If it wasn't for dealers most of us over here wouldnt be able to smoke herb.

 

crossing state lines might have something to do with it. trafficking between states i think carries harsher penalties.

Sad thing is look at the 7th and 8th picture in that video, they look like they should be at home with their parents and their spending the rest of their life in the penitentry.
