How much Mg seeds in an oz?

I recently orderd an once of Heavly Blue morning glory seeds.
Im really intrested in trying them with the cold water extraction method.
anyways i was wondering how much mg seeds are in an oz.
i dont want to go counting out a whole bunch of tiny seeds haha.

Personaly i have tried cold water extraction, that gave me a body high that was fun, Compareable to a pot high but more upbeat. Also i tried polar extrations and that just got me tippsy, Everclear with 1000 seeds worth per oz. However recently I heard of using dramamine and a vitamin C pill to get rid of nasuea and using that with powdered mg seed in apple sauce. Just some ideas for you. From experance I would use teabags with the cold water tek.
