driving high I see as a necessary evil kinda. Like when me and my friends go party, whoever is DDing (me usually) just gets high, then drives home. It works well as long as your not like completely blitzed. they have done studies, that have shown that while weed impairs your driving, most people drive more carefully and the two effects balance out. I also make my friends watch me while im driving cause I worry alot heh
i just dont speed if im high or have drugs in the car so i dont get pulled over (i haven't spent much time speeding)
i just got my first ticket tonight. its a speeding ticket. i drove high fine for the last 4 -5 years.... tonight i drive sober.... speeding ticket. its bad luck to drive sober.
i dont find that shit hard at all idk. sometimes i daze off and shit but ive never ran off the road. i try to be a bit more careful when im high though, just to avoid getting pulled over (cop..my worst nightnare)
one time i was riding in the car with a couple friends, and we were all blown. well, the driver drove up to a stop sign and passed it by about 6 feet, so we were in the middle of the road of the traffic going perpendicular to us. we stop there for about 10 seconds and i look over to the left. (I'm in the passenger seat) I see a car coming toward us and i calmly just say "dude theres a car coming toward us". luckily the car turned right at our street and they looked at us like we were retarded. Finally the driver is just like "shit" and we head home. when i thought about it later, i realized we could've died if the car hadnt seen us and had gone straight. also that same driver always looks and talks to me when he's driving. Im usually so high that im not even following what he's saying or i dont even know hes talking to me, but im always afraid hes gonna run a red light or hit another car. and a lot of times he just sits at the green light for several seconds. so i've decided not to ride with him so much anymore.(high) but for me, i can maneuver the car pretty well when im stoned, but im horrible at directions and knowing when to turn and stuff.
