I definately agree with you and believe the taste and smell carry on into the trip. Even after the high is gone, if i smell the burnt salvia it kinda bring me back to what i saw.
definately, with quality salvia leaves the taste should be like a light herbal tea smell and a mid brun/smokey flavor. It won't matter because as you know by the time you exhale your already between realms.
Oh my god, I thought I was the only one who experiences this feeling! Every time I engage in a Salvia trip, I can smell the scent in my mouth, I can taste the scent, I can feel the scent, and sometimes I can ever hear the scent! Very curious, very curious indeed!
Ahaha.. soo true... same exact thing for me.. I realized after the 3rd time how the smell/taste was the main indication of the trip starting.
to me the tastes locks you into that world. and it seems once the tastes locks me in my heart beat becomes the rooms pules. lol its hard to expl
yeah! yeah! when i taste it, i'm like... OH YEAH. i forgot. and then everything's fucked up. thing is, i got the "i forgot" feeling the first time i smoked it, too. that's what really gets me.
It like you were there (in that "world") before you were born into this world, and you forgot what that world was like untill you did salvia.
