I have a court date this monday and need some advice on my situation if possible. So couple months back I got caught w/ a few seeds and a few weeks later I got charged w/ being incorigible(these are the only offenses I have) Anyone know what im likely to get? I think im just going to BS my way through it. It was only 3 fucking seeds all I have to do is say I tried smoking once.. didnt like it and will never do it again and that being incorigible BS is just cause I didnt listen to my bitch for a mother who called the cops to get me searched and then charged w/ pocession and then just being a bitch to me in general and taking it upon her self to ruin me. Its BS I shouldnt be declared im "unable to be corrected" just cause I have been caught w/ 3 seeds and then decide not to listen(didnt even listen to her before.. always hated her) to the fat bitch who puts me into all this shit, make fun of me for being a "druggie", and then trys to ruin my rep w/ everyone around me by making up stories about how im a huge drug addict and spreading that around to everyone who comes to the fuckin door. I mean im 17 and I got the charges when I was 17.. im old enough to be responsible for myself and shouldnt have to deal w/ some bitch telling me what to do and purposely spreading lies.
Well, the 't' and 'r' keys are right next to each other, not too bad of a mistake except for the fact that he could edit it. To teh OP, not sure of charges man, but that really sucks. Being a societal 'druggie', who's only smoked once and all.
Marijuana is such an overpunished substance. Since prohibition is failing, I see decriminalization, in the near future.
probably a 6 month to year long thing that so long as ya behave n keep outta trouble will be swiped off yer records if not then probation or something stupid along those lines
wow im ashamed 1st I spelt deinquent wrong and fixed that but I totally skipped over declared lol and I've actually been smoking for the last 3 years just didnt get caught till couple months back so the worst im guessing would be probation? and the lesser punishment would be a warning w/ restrictions to what I can do and get away w/ for a while.
probation but really it depends on where you live in New Mexico the Juvenile system just likes to give everyone a little slap on the hands
if u got caught with seeds in your car and bought the car from someone else you can just say they were in there where you go the car and you didnt know worked for me n my friend when we got pulled over high lol but there were about 50 seeds lol the cop tried to pick em all out but he still didnt get em all there were so many
No they searched my room and found the seeds... 3 fuckin seeds. so I cant say this isnt my room or I just bought it haha/
