long story short: kid gets caught with shrooms, says i sold them to him, cops come to my home and arrest me in front of my family and neighbors. i get locked down on "delivery of a schedule 1 controlled substance: psilocin, psilocybin to a minor" (class a felony) and "possession of a schedule 1 controlled substancesilocin, psilocybin" (b felony). i have priors for burglary 1, trespass 1 & 2, mischief 2 & 3, minor in possession of alcohol, and possession of less than 1 oz of marijuana. i got out of juve hella quick and i got off easy. my lawyer got my charges dropped to 1 count of "attempted possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree" (c felony) and that's getting dropped to a misdemeanor when i complete probation. it just sucks because i was on probation for 15 months for the burglary (which isnt what it sounds like, i didnt rob anyone, long story) and i was only off for 6months before i copped shroom charges. so i'm currently on felony probation which is scheduled to be complete on may 23rd 2008. luckily my p.o. is fucking awesome, she trusts me completey (havent had a single drug screen yet) and she's letting me move without doing my 40 hours of community service. its like im not even on probation, ive been smoking for the last 5 months or so and before that i was too scared, but luckily i made the right choice in violating my probation everyday and im a happier person for it (cuz i havent been caught... yet). MORAL OF THE STORY: STOP SNITCHIN!
I would never talk to, or sell to that kid again. As far as I'm concerned, when you make the transaction, the stuff is your responsibility and yours only. Good to see your not in too deep though. Hope everything works out for the best.

Dude, that really sucks. Be careful about what you do though. Why risk the felony charges? Don't deal except for to friends you trust and shit - if at all. Not at all sounds like the much better idea.

I fucking hate when kids snitch! I actually picked up some mushies for some kids that wanted to try them once, and their mom came across it... Luckily they didn't say anything and their mom thought it was just pot (because it was rolled up in the bag and there was papers and a lighter next to it). There are a couple narc-like kids in the school that the vice principle actually pays sometimes. When those kids come around, they are welcomed to fuck off. That sucks dude, I hate bitches that can't take the pressure of being caught.
When I got snitched out I was pissed. I went Tony Montana (scarface) on the guy and burried that cock-a-roach. well I didn't actually kill him I just beat him up and stole everything he had on him. I spent the money but felt bad for taking his phone so I walked up to him said here's your phone. and when he put his hand out I dropped it on the ground and said "If you pick this up you'll be a bitch for the rest of your life". The kid was an idiot and didnt pick it up....... I feel bad for that know, but that worm cost me a 1/8
