Acceptance of drug use in you country.

um, my parents don't mind, they just don't want to see/hear about it. But if I come home I little mashed my dad will pretend not to notice, and my mom will make fun of me. Of course, I have to dutifully deny everything.

Cops are really bad. Around here they treat bud like it's a major crime. I think they just like intimidating kids and making them feel small, ya know?

Other adults. 50-50. If they're cool with it then no prob. But some still only have seen it on anti-drug commercials and will seriously call the cops on you for smoking.

Other drugs I have no idea other than my friend's opinions.

 

Well around here most cops will bust kids even if they find stems, but there are some cool ones. My parents know and ignore it mostly because I do wonderful in school. Some of my teachers know, but they are cool with it because I don't act like an ass in class, and I am very respectful in most cases. Everytime I go to work I am high and I am sure my boss knows. I do get all my work done very efficiently and do not slack off though. The other day when I was sick my boss simply sad "drugs and alcohol," lol.

 

ah parents wise my dad knows how it is and knows i toke with frineds andshit, if i come home high he just kinda smiles at me or some shit haha, mom thinks its a big ass deal and flips

cops it really depends who it is some will let you go if you sell em a joint for a good price for real, some will bust your ass, but ithink it really coems down to you just being polite and shit about it and they let off on the punishment.

people in general-i live in a small southern town alot of people my age smoke and adults as well but some people are just ignorant and treat it like its crack or some shit, mostly what i gues you'd call rednecks,kill a deer, drink a beer, dip skull, chug some jack but dont smoke a joint. ah you know. bullshit

 

Mhm my mom smoked weed in college and she said I should wait till im 16 to toke up (im moving to belgium in 6 months when im 15 so ill probably just toke then) My dad wants me to smoke cigars with him instead of getting high. They told me this when I got caught :\

 

Yeah here in New Jersey, we have some stict ass drug laws. It's awful. You've gotta be really careful or you'll get fucked to the full extent of the law.

 

Its not that bad in NC but it could be alot better. People that I know usualy just turn a blind eye to it. I walk down the street everyday on my way to work smoking a joint.

The one time I was stopped I was only told to be more discreet.

 

Hah! The other day I was drunk and me and my BF were walking to get some cigs and the cops pulled up and really tried to fuck us, asking if we were drunk or high many MANY times. They even sniffed the gaorade in my pocket (which was at LEAST half cheap ass vodka) and they didn't smell it. Lucky as fuck....

 

really chill in seattle. nobody will say anything to you if you walk down the street smoking as long as you hold it down when you walk near little kids. cops wont come if someone calls them about kids smoking unless their trespassing. we openly smoke in parks and walking down the street everyday and have never had a problem or seen a cop while we were smoking

 

Thats because they were rolling around toking before they stopped to pick up some donuts.

 

Well that is most likely because Washington is really lax on pot laws. They have a medical MJ plan.

Not one state below the mason dixon line has accepted MJ as a medicine yet and it sucks bad.

 

Yeah MJ is pretty much a cure for everything. And by cure I mean 'it makes you feel alright'. Really though. I wish we had medicinal MJ here in New Jersey.

 

Well, this weekend I went to the grocery with a few drunk people two times. The first time I went everyone was drunk and no one seemed to care about it. I thought they just didn't know. Then next time I went I was the only sober one so I could see that my friends were really drunk but still no one seemed to notice.

 

many states have it decriminalized, aka small amount is a warning usually and they take it all

 

yeah mj idk about it curing the common cold but i swear one night i was sick as hell and didnt even feel like smoking but i was the one with the pot that night and so i did for my friends... but when i was high i felt fine and the next day i was all better... also its a good painkiller... i hate hydros as a painkiller... most doctors dont give you very strong ones and you have to take so many to kill pain and it takes about 30 minutes for em to kick in and there so addictive...

 

Hmm, let's just say where I live is not the place where you've gotta worry about getting busted. And I appreciate that. Now just as long as Harper doesn't get elected with a majority next time things might get even better.

 

Shouldn't it read "Americans in power are so tough on drug users"? I think so. Because Americans in general don't really give a shit. It's kind of a whatever-floats-your-boat deal going on over here.

 

Most young people do it, like myself, so no harm from that part.

the richer/older/christian sector of the population is very harsh on drugs, even if they're somewhat legal (5 grams of pot is legal)

 

It's funny because from what I've heard the bible says nothing about drugs.....
