What are some of the things that bring you peace... when everything in life is just totaly bringin you down?.... this is my list Physical exertion of built up energy - this helps me more than anything else... things like long runs, lifting wieghts, workin the punching bag, boxing, sex. Screaming - I find screaming as loud as i possibly can to be very theraputic Writing - writing my emotions or thoughts... as in poetry and such Doing things that put me on the edge - things like driving fast, rockclimbing, skydiving, white water rafting. Discovering new things - there can sometimes be somthing so invigorating about discovering new things that jus set u in awe Breaking things - self explanitory Meditation - when i can find somewhere peacefull... and can let go of everything this is the best one Foreplay(leading up to sex) - I find foreplay to be the best part of sex... from sentual touch, to kissing, whispering, knowing that im turning her on.... there is somthing so soothing about it all...... Peace, Love, and Unity
writing in my journal helps me standing out in the rain, just letting it soak me to the bone talking with close friends who iknow will make me laugh cranking up some good music and just dancing my heart out little kittens and puppies

writing is a definite help for me.... dancing is theraputic for hte emotions I can't get on paper. If neither of those work (rare cases)...I just walk without thinking...kind of a zombie walk...no idea where I'm going or when I'm going to head home...just walking.
Peace comes from my ability to stay in the moment. Using tools to keep my mind from it's constant trips to yesterday and tomorrow to deal with issues that are presented today. The 'Peace' song... Music...in my car and loud My daughter
I like the way you think. Journaling - when the moment strikes and I feel like I must put my thoughts on paper. Dancing to The Grateful Dead Flying Kites Playing in my gardens. Sitting in front of a camp fire Spending time with my husband and our boys. Hanging out with Buddy my dog. Going for drives for the hell of it. My list goes on and on....
talkng to my best friend, in wisconsin, and telling her everything and listening to her and give her advice. going for long walks (especially in the rain) going to a cemetary and either walk around or have a picnic there or just listen to some music.
Heh, I put on a Backstreet Boy CD and turn the stereo up, then sing and dance like crazy....lol I'm a nerd....but hell as long as I feel better right? eh....right? *runs*
sitting at my pc with enough smokes to last till sleepytime. knowing that ive got a good tune going. putting my head down to some work. picturing laceandfeet lying naked in bed. and maby em, drinking tea. all of the above is irrelivant when im outa smokes
