How may we all be basically the same (terrible as you would say) and have a different agenda? If we must all fullfill the same basic needs, are we not all naturally the same at the very beginning? A choice is a choice, anyone can make any choice.

No, we are NOT born naturally "bad"... what sort of concept is that? Its irrational... what is rational is some people learn to make bad choices by being born around bad people (or being raised by bad tv...), some look beyond, some don't. This is how most old folks are relatively similar... they have lived in a world that beats them into believing it cannot change - this is not a concept we are born with.

My time here is "free" time... when my time can be taken up by such edeavors, I will be there... but I am here now

i didn't say we were born bad, just selfish. and we all have a different agenda concerning our wants in life, all the people in the world are never going to join forces towards a basic goal (ex: the betterment of mankind.)
