I want to buy a protopipe...

Where is the best, cheapest place to buy a genuine protopipe on the internet, taking shipping into account? Also, does anyone know anywhere in nyc where i could get a genuine protopipe for $25 or less? I could order online as a last resort, but if i can find it for $25 in person that would be prefered.

 

Gorilla glass has them for like 20 i think. But they have a 100 minimum order.
