I would like to tell you openly, not through PM what I think of you, I don't have anything to hide from any of you guys. I always thought of you as a good person, I even send you a PMs to give you support when you had some of the arguments with others. In those PMs I tried to tell you to use different aproach with different people, so they can feel what you are trying to tell them, but at that time you thought that it was a right thing to upset people as that way they will start to think more. It was just the way you were. I also think that you dramatically changed your way of writing, so people could get more easily what you are trying to tell them without beeing upset or offended. I think that everybody here got his equally important role, and that we are all shaping each other, so we can more be one. In most cases, I was agreeing with what you have to say, and I even said that openly in most cases. I am using this opportunity to promise you and all the others, that if I don't agree with something, that I will make sure to point that out, so we can start a healthy discusion out of it and help each others become the best persons we can. I am sorry to hear that I was not there for you when you expected that, but to avoid that in the future, can we please try not to be afraid to openly (or through PM) ask for opinion or any way of help that other person. If I only new that you needed few words, I would definitelly spare as much time as you need, but I was blind for that because I thought that you are hell of stable and rational person and that you are doing so fine. Sorry again because of that, and not only you, anybody who feels the same, that I could spare the word or two, but I didn't. Please do not hesitate to contact me and speak about anything you feel like, bare in mind that I am also just a human, so even if you have some critics about me, feel free to address it. As 3xi said, a friend can never upset me! It is also that up until recently I didn't even realize how much we mean to each other here, but now I do, and I will try to be better person and of more help to everybody here.

I am new here but I have been reading the forums for about a month before I recently joined. I have found that for the most part everyone here is really cool and has much good advice to give! I feel I can relate to most everything you all say and each of you as people. Needless to say, I am glad I stumbled upon these forums!

you know that's really weird, cuz i just "stumbled" upon them too.

After the first time I did acid, i was looking for someone to talk to about it.
and this is the first forum place i went to. almost like i directly went to it.
but...i've never even looked into any other website. im glad I found all you guys.

i joined another forum before this one but the mod was a real asshole. apparently the fact that i don't use capitals was enough for him to conclude that i was not intelligent enough to be accepted in their forum.

i like this place, relaxed and open minded. i am free to be myself here and that’s great.

 

i am happy you understand where i am coming from. i feel like i was blowing it out of proportion a bit but none the less i still mean what i say. i understand you much better after this post for some reason. thanx man, i am happy to hear your words.

Another newcomer here. I found this forum when I was tripping on mushrooms for the 2nd time, and I keep coming back because I love to hear what others have to say about all there experiences and life in general. I love you all.

today i couldn't agree more--having a very tough time today, 3xi is at work and i thought...i wish i could get 'the family's perspective...but its not an lsd issue...so where do we post it. i ended up posting it in women's issues...but its not the same as you guys.

 

Mara, I read your post and couldnt think of what to say because it leaves so many answers. But in my opinion? The answer is simply : A woman who is understanding and patient. And the same goes for boys :tongue:
Anyway I dont know your situation but I imagine you are just feeling frustrated? Do you guys plan to ever have children?

 

actually i had 2 miscarriages in 2007. i've done all the tests-physically we're good to go-but 2007 was VERY VERY stressful financially and i think the stress just wouldn't allow for it. the timing was off. i think my body needs to recover for about a year before i could even think of getting pregnant again--2 in one year is a bit tough.

 

Im sorry to hear that My sister had a miscarriage on Christmas. It definitley makes a person feel low that's for sure.
But as Im sure you know, it's still possible to bear children. Stress can tear a mind apart so try more meditation!!

relayer dont you have power or something? to make us a new forum? this one is great and all, but i really like the group of people in the LSD forum and i appreciate everything they say. so when things come up in my life that i want help with, I have no where to go. My family is....disfunctional....do say the least...my friends are morons (w/e i hang with them i feel like im on that 70's show)...so you guys have pretty much become my sole people to get things out to. I think it would really be cool to have a place for all of us to go and talk to each other about stuff.

Hmmm........I dont know right now what I can do, but perhaps, if I suggest something to Skip about having a new subforum within psychedelics under the style of the Stoners Lounge in the marijuana forum, where we can discuss our personal issues, lifestyles, and thoughts that come from the aftermath of psychedelics, but arent directly related. That's about the best I can imagine, if this sounds like a good idea and we can get a bunch of you guys to support it, I will start a thread in the Suggestions forum and go from there!

I am a totally new poster here but have been lurking for somewhat longer. I guess what it comes down to is certain types of people like to do LSD and psychedelics in general. People who are not afraid of introspection and discomfort and facing feelings that may have been repressed by the conscious mind. And I think that's what we all share together. It's nice to see other heads who view psychedelics as a sacrament and share the worldview which these sacraments reveal.
Most of my friends do not want to experience these mystical states because it is too uncomfortable for them. They'd rather drown it all out with alcohol, coke, etc. so I find myself feeling a bit alienated within my social circle. So this forum is like a minty breath of fresh air for me where I can reveal my thoughts and discuss these sacraments candidly without reprisals. And to me, that's priceless.
