Man, hes the last guy i would have expected to pull somthing like this. I say just stake out the place until he leaves, and break in. I mean i doubt hes living in a nice appartment with a security systems, or even great locks for that matter, or a doorman. Just go in, take the weed he owes you, and all the money there.
